Private Yoga Session
Private yoga sessions allow students the ability to focus on personal interests, concerns or goals. Instead of following along with the yoga instructor in a class setting, a private lesson allows an individual to set specific goals and plans, such as personal goals for flexibility, strength or self-regulation. All our of our teachers are certified in Trauma Sensitive Yoga or Yoga Therapy and have been trained in teaching private yoga lessons.
Yoga therapy is non-invasive and personally-crafted for each individual. Rather than focusing on yoga methods and practices, yoga therapists fundamentally focus on their clients’ needs. Expect a rewarding and personalized yoga experience with recommendations on how you can practice yoga in your daily life. Our yoga therapists are certified in yoga therapy by the IAYT.
